Timber Preservation: dry rot, wet rot and woodworm treatment

Professional timber preservation, dry rot and wet rot treatment, and woodworm eradication for homes, landlords and housing associations across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Timber preservation involves identifying and treating problems such as dry rot, wet rot and woodworm to protect the structural integrity of your property.

These issues can damage floorboards, roof timbers, joists and other wooden structures if left untreated. Professional treatment helps prevent further deterioration, protect your property and maintain a safe, healthy living environment.

  4. Treat masonry for dry rot
Masonry and surrounding timbers treated to stop dry rot spreading.

  5. Woodworm treatment

  6. Replace with pre-treated timber
New pre-treated timbers fitted where needed.

  7. Improve ventilation
